About Us

We are a Florida licensed nonprofit exotic animal sanctuary that specializes in foxes of all species. Our top priority is the health and happiness of our foxes. We strive to provide the best care possible as well as best environment for their individual needs. Since we are not open to the public we are able to take in foxes that may not have had any human interaction or that are simply stressed by new people and noise. We work closely with other fox rescues throughout the United States to help place foxes in need.

About Our President

Kristen’s lifelong passion for animals led her to volunteer with various animal charities, working with species ranging from large carnivores to small mammals. But it was her deep connection with foxes that truly sparked her commitment to wildlife advocacy. Inspired by their intelligence and unique nature, Kristen set out to learn everything she could about foxes—only to find that much of the existing information focused on exploiting them for fur. Disturbed by this, she dedicated herself to educating the public on the behaviors, needs, and rightful protection of these incredible creatures.

The rescue was started in memory of Kristen’s dear friend Max, who ran A New Hope in Georgia and whose compassion for animals and people alike continues to inspire. Through her nonprofit, Kristen is committed to rescuing foxes in need, providing them with lifelong care, and advocating for their well-being.

Kristen's ultimate goal is to ensure that every fox can thrive in an environment where they are cherished, not exploited. At the heart of her rescue is the belief in creating a positive, non-judgmental space where education and compassion can flourish. This approach extends beyond just animal welfare—it includes a focus on mental health, both for the animals and the humans who care for them.
